    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

When selling a beardie or any other animal, do you give credit to the breeder by mentioning them in the ad???

We always give credit where it is due in respect to bloodlines. However, we do not usually use another breeder's name in a advert for several reasons. The first to me is it comes off a little as bragging though some may not view it that way. Secondly, it does sometimes confuse some people, making them think that you are either that specific breeder or working together with that breeder to have produced said offspring. ( I know, some people are EASILY confused) Last and certainly least, bloodlines anymore are a mouthful in their own right. Why clutter it up with extra words? :hehe:

We are always more than happy to give any background info on where the bloodlines derived from in an effort to keep them from weakening due to someone inadvertantly breeding siblings. Those are just my thoughts on it so I am not really able to pick a choice from the above poll because I am somewhere inbetween. :raspberry

You ain't kiddin about the bloodlines getting to be a mile long. :hehe:

I usually don't list the originals breeders name in my ads or on the available page but I do let any prospective buyers know, when they inquire about purchasing an animal, who bred the animal originally.

When creating a new thread there is an option torwards the bottom of that page to make that thread a poll.
