Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Greetings everyone,

I must apologize for my absenteeism, but I have been incredibly busy with work, the breeding season and some recent Drymarchon and a couple other herp acquisitions, which even I am only beginning to believe has actually occurred. Anyhow, I now have the chore of getting up to date on the forum happenings, figuring out who’s been naughty and nice and getting to know all of the newbies which have entered the ranks of Dry keeper / enthusiast during my absence.
Anyhow, it’s great to be back and I look forward to getting caught up with everyone…

I feel ya. I am busting my butt trying to get the herp room ready for my impending massive influx of acquisitions.

Well, I can honestly say I've missed you all, but not the mess I have seen on some of the posts!
C'mon guys, you, being Dry keepers, all tend to be the most dedicated, passionate and open minded group of herpers there are and it just chaps my hide to see everyone squabbling over things not directly pertaining to Dry husbandry here, as there are other forums on this site for such discussions. "Hell" certainly comes to mind, in regards to one particular thread!
Anyhow, I’m not ready to publicly air what exactly it is I acquired, but you guys will be the first to know, as any discussion of one group of animals I acquired certainly belongs on the Dry forum!
Tony, if I understood one of your posts correctly, you will be attending a show in St. Louis next month. I would like to meet up with you up there, as I have yet to attend one of the shows up there. I was hoping to be able to meet up with you this weekend, as my wife and I normally make an annual pilgrimage up to Fulton the week prior to Thanksgiving, to visit with her family, but she’s going on a cruise ion December and decided to forego the trip to Fulton this year . Also, sorry I didn’t call last night, but enclosure maintenance got in the way and I didn’t finish up until late, but I will cvall you this evening and we can iron out plans to meet up.
BW, you know I am envious of 2.1 of the influx you’re expecting, but I look forward to you “spilling the beans” on here!

Almost forgot.

My appologies for being so ornrey,....I have since begun to spend more time reading my Buddhist teachings. Probably a good idea. Of course now that the elections are over, t.v. and radio quality has improved dramatically! And that helps! As for Eric, I said I was a Buddhist, I never said I was a good one,...but I am learning.
