    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Wish some people

I wish some people had more respect for the forum and others on it. I know this has been discussed im sure. But when people are selling things some require multi ads and other things could be summed up in one.

Just seems like ive been seeing it more and more. They will have 3-5 ads all bumped at same time for the same product and have them listed by small, med, large etc... Or something like male, female, mixed.

You know how it is. When one person sees someone doing it. Then they start doing it. Before you know it they are all doing it lol

Just wanted to get that off my mind :)

How is it "disrespectful"? They are choosing an advertising method based on their perception of their needs, and what they think will be most effective. Given the limitations of only being able to attach 4 images per post, and not being able to make a second post in the ad until somebody else does, some of the more common ways of creating ads to include multiple animals simply don't work well.
For example, if I attach only one image per animal, I will invariably be asked for more pics...I'd rather post 2-4 images, and not screw around with that.
I also used to make one post per animal/morph/whatever, then make the next post about another...can't do that anymore because of the changes made because of all the ad bumping.

It brings more attention to specific buyers, IMO. I think some buyers don't have much time to sort through the ad's labeled "Ball python lot" or "Mixed group of adults." Narrowing them down by male/female grabs my attention more because I don't need any males at this time. Leaving the sex out of the ad title ticks me because it's done 95% of the time for males, lol.
