    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Thats one beautiful boa. Is that a Salmon or supersalmon or somethin else? I really like it though! I cant wait to get mine!
 
Based on the ground color, the pattern, and the tail, I would be inclined to say that there is a strong Hog Island presence...but not pure. Maybe a sunset cross (hog x hypo), or some sort of pastel?
 
Extremely beautiful animal, looks a lot like a sunset boa to me. Amazing colors and very clean. Congratulations Dennis on a fine animal.
 
Very nice boa. i love sunsets crosses ( if that is what it is). but im my opinion i think the worlds most beautiful boa is a naturally beautiful, no crosses just pure locality, but you really cant beat the colors on that snake. thanks for sharing the pictures
 
He is 75% Hogg island and 25% pastel. I MIGHT BE A LITTLE BIASED. LOL, because I produced him. What do you think I should breed him to? I bought a pastel hypo to try and I also kept two females. Any ideas would be appricated. Thanks for all of the nice comments.

IMO, saying it is 75% Hog Island/25% pastel doesn't really make a lot of sense...pastel is a trait, Hog Island is a locality. But I know what you mean :D
What to breed him with?? Hmmm. Anything but a Hog Island female...save them for a pure hog male. The pastel hypo sounds like a good potential mate...and you could see some colors that would give Pops a run for his money.
 
Harald, The father is a full Hogg, I bought him a nice 04 pure hogg female a month or so ago. His mother is half pastel half hogg. Should I just call the mother a pastel Hogg? These are my first set of babies, so I am by no means an expert. Any input would be very welcome. I had several people inquire about pure hoggs this year, thats why I bought his dad another girlfriend. Plus I would have 50 Hogg Islands if the boss(wife) would let meThanks allot.Take it easy
