We placed an order with them for a rathar sizeable order of frozen rodents which was to be shipped to us FEDEX. FEDEX had bumped that package for reasons I am still not fully aware of for 2 nights causing a delivery time 30 hours later then they should have delivered. Needless to say the dry ice was gone and the rodents had all fully thawed by arrival time to us. FEDEX had a surprisingly uncaring attitude with this. When Polar Rodents was contacted they immediately sent us a replacement order and paid even extra money with another carrier to insure a timely delivery. Great to see a business take such a pro-active move in providing such great customer service. We here highly recommend their operation. Thanks |

Posted At 15:44:26 02/16/2001 I recently recieved an order from Polar Rodents. I agree withn Richard, they are great people that will do you right and for a great price. I recieved my order 2nd day air, full frozen and looking good. They get my upmost recommendation. |
