Well, the owner of boaworks and I have settled the issue from my posts below. They are taking the animal back. It was unfortunate that they did not receive my e-mails. But e-mail was the only way I could contact them. I assumed they were avoiding me because they were always good with e-mails in the past. We are both sorry for troubles the situation created.
