Just received an order of 5 chameleons today. All came in-in excellent condition. Even though a small snafu occured in the order..Tim made sure that I was aware before the order whent out. He gave me plenty of options to rectify a very minor mistake. In my 15 years of breeding chameleons, very seldom has a dealer notified me ahead of time and I have ordered from many dealers over the years, both as a hobbiest and as a legitimate retail store owner. Usually you find out when you open the box. The proof of how well a company is run shows through when the little mistakes occur. Nobody is perfect but those that are close rectify there mistakes both in a timely and a proffessional manner. Tribal did both.... I was very satisfied with the animals and the service. Very accomodating people...appreciate them keeping in constant communication throughout my order. I think Tribal deserves two thumbs up. |
