They accepted payments and I ended up taking longer than I had planned on getting all the money to them and they had no problem w/ it. Not many companies would cut you the slack the boaworks has w/ me. I highly recommend them. |

3593.html Posted At 17:27:18 05/23/2001 Well , they screwed me pretty good! If you scroll down you'll see 3 seperate posts from me about them. In a nutshell, I bought a gecko from them for $350. I was not happy with it and it was far from what they said it was in every way.So I e-mailed them stating that I wanted to return it for a refund. I e-mailed them multiple times with no response. Finally after posting on here I got a reply. They agreed to send me a money order and then I would return the animal to them. Well that was weeks ago and I have not seen a refund!!!! And when I e-mail them now they still don't respond. Last response I got from them was on the 5th of May! Like they fell off the face of the earth. Maybe they'll see this post too! I hope so cause they are PIECES OF CRAP!! And to Boaworks if you do read this, DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW.I'D RATHER LET EVERYBODY KNOW HOW YOU SCREWED ME SO THEY CAN GIVE THEIR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE WHO IS SENCERELY HONEST. I DON'T NEED THE $350, BUT OBVIOUSLY YOU DO!!! SO KEEP IT, ENJOY IT ,AND JUST THINK WHAT THAT $350 WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN. |
