A couple of days ago I posted a bad message about Steve.Since then Steve called and explained his situation.It was due to circumstanses beyond his controll that we had communication problems.And not only did he promptly send me my money and explain his situation, he also sent me free of charge, an albino het for my inconveniance.And we all know the value of a het.Not only does this gesture show how he feels and treats his customers it shows a person who cares about the industry.We had a long talk about our own experiances with people who are in this buisiness just to make money no matter what the cost or feelings of the buyer.Not only do I think Steve is a reputable dealer, he,s also very knowlegable reptile enthusiast.He answered all of my questions and concerns about my own boas.He also called me a couple of times to confirm dates and times to ensure the arrival of my package.I dont know of anybody else that would go to such lengths to make a customer happy.I would recommend Steve to anyone in the reptile business,not only for his business but also for his knowlage and care of his customers.Thanks Dan |

I think that alot of problems do come from miscommunication, and the fact that when Steve realized what was going on he went out of his way to make things right makes him someone that I would not hesitate to do business with. I have been waiting on a refund from someone(Matt Hanlon-WSReptiles@excite.com)for almost 6 months now, and if he had been the businessman that Steve obviously is my problem would have been resovled a long time ago. Thank you, Dan, for posting your message because I, like so many others, use this board as an invaluable source of reference. |
