Hi everyone, I just wanted ya to know I was up and running after my problems I had. I have got most my customers there snakes or monies back to them,but if I've not then email me I'm trying to write this more legible ,because of complaints of not being able to read my postso please read this. First matter Iwant to talk about is this good post bad post thing.Well to start it off there is this certain individual that had a conversation with a customer of mine and told him that all my bad posts are for real ,but the good ones come from my ISP and that i posted all them.All i can say is look it up if ya know how cause i dont .I mean come on I HAVE 60 plus on herpauction and 15 plus on the ks classifieds( which they get deleted every month) and have a few on here also.So check those ISP things Mr. D.L. and see if they come back to my ISP...... lol HA HA HA ....This person also states that his bp's are better than ANYONES . To be honest he is just mad because on the herpauction and ks and here i was cheaper than him at importing time.I mean there is enough business for everyone and you dont have to get mad cause i was selling and you wasnt.He also staytes that Mark Lucas and Strickly's sells junk bp's anyways. He says they may be cheaper but not better.Well I sold 550 from Mark and i got nothing but good posts and repeat customers.I also sold 1000 or so from another importer/wholesaler that he says sells junk and guess what I got nothing but repeat customers and many thanks for those bp's as well.This same person states c/h farm raised are not the same.He says his eats several times and have been dewormed before ever leaving Africa.So that makes his superior to anyones. bottom line is they are all from the same area(s). Oh ,yeah one more thing MR. D.L. you told this customer I dont have the balls to call you ,well give me that phone# and youll be once again proved wrong. |

5202.html Posted At 09:35:24 07/04/2001 Second lets look at this good post / bad post thing a minute.The bad post are from someone who has not dealt with me or from someone who has came back and said I fulfilled my debt with them like I said I would after June 22.These people called me and was told what the problem was and understood "bad things happen to good people".SO if ya feel up to it call me and you'll understand too. 859 987 4222 I have only 3 bad post across the net and 1 was made right within that week the other will be made right this week and the 3rd(is just a long story),but the person deserves nothing IMHO.I mean guarantees are guarantees but after a month thats a little too long to guarantee a pr of snakes and this matter has been over a year ago or there abouts and if it was all that he says then tell me why the hell did he make a good post for me? Like I said if your in doubt, email all these good/bad posts and you'll see you'll get a 100%return on all the good ones and about no return on the bad ones.SO MR. D.L. dont forget to give me that phone # and check those ISP. Third this is to the webmaster . You say follow those rules,but let's look at this and tell me what I'm missing please?This is copied and pasted : "Opinions are acceptable as long as it is PLAINLY stated that you are stating an opinion. "whom you had conversations with" OK tell me this if a person has never talked dealt or wrote to you(me) then how is there post valid? It plainly states to "whom you had conversations with" so if there was no deal or discussion of a deal then how can they know what went on? There is 2 sides to every argument or discussion, correct?I'm not trying to start a flame war with you I'm just curious as to what im missing here as i greatly appreciate this site along with many many others. So please explain for me . Well this is all I have to say . Thanks for reading ........ Sometimes an outside view can spot things that someone involved in an issue cannot perceive from being too close to the issues. Likewise, someone following a discussion between two parties will likely form an opinion about one or both of the parties, and they are entirely within their rights to state such an opinion where needed or asked for. Even in cases where someone has made posts in reference to someone else and then themselves have an inquiry made about them, people are entirely justified to form opinions based solely upon how this person may have acted in a public forum, even if it was only in reference to their dealings with someone else. Whether you like it or not, you are judged by everything you do in public. I have given the issue of hearsay a lot of thought, and unless it is abusive, flame baiting, or completely irrelevant to the discussion, I have no cause to deny someone their personal opinions here. There are a lot of things in life that I have no direct experience with, but from information gathered from people that have, I feel that I am fully justified in posting my opinions about what I have heard. If I hear 10 people say they had problems with dealings with a certain person or business, I do not feel the need to place an order myself to find out if they were right. And if someone were to ask about this person or business, I would have no qualms about stating what I have heard and let them make their own decisions as to the accuracy (or lack thereof), of my third party posting. I hope this fully explains my position on this. |

5251.html Posted At 14:46:19 07/04/2001 Jerry Tubbs is alright in my book. I bought 10 baby balls from him and they were as promised - all apparently healthy. To date all but one has eaten on its own. The other nine eat a small to medium size adult mouse once per week. They are growing fast (apparently no worms). There were no visible parasites either. None of them have shedding problems, and all appeared well hydrated when I got them. About 2 weeks or so after I got them, Jerry sent an email to see how they were doing! To boot, about a month and a half or so after I received them, Mr. Tubbs sent me an email checking to see if he owed me anything. He explained that his computer had gone down and he was checking with all his customers to see if he had sent their orders or if he owed them any sort of refund. In light of the above, if any of you think this man is a crook, things must have changed drastically since I and many others ordered from him (with great results). Then again there could be another explanation - maybe you naysayers are just too damned cynical and picky and immediately trash mouth anyone who has a legitimate problem on their end. As to you Jerry, all I can say is thanks, and if I am looking for more ball pythons next year, I am coming to you. By the way if you read this send you your web site address, I may be interested in some other types of snakes if you have them. Thanks again and best regards from Glenn Bartley |

For what he was selling them for he was giving them away. From my lot of 10 I have sold 2 balls and got my money back. For those who missed out, too bad. Ohh yeah, the other 4 ate the next day. I ordered 10 ball pythons from and got them when he said i would. they were the healthest and the best markings i have ever seen. Jerry is very helpfull on mistakes you might make after you get your snakes, he wont forget you after the sale. I hope to be ordering more from him Thanks Jerry |
