A couple of years ago I bought a very small hatchling bearded from LLL Reptile and had it shipped. You all know that baby beardeds have a high mortality rate and people new to keeping herps do not help things. At that time I was very green. Whether it was my husbandry or just the luck of the draw, the baby died. I called LLL immediately to let them know, and they very courteously extended me credit for another beardy or whatever else I wanted. And get this, THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK ME TO SHIP THE DEAD ONE BACK. That is good business and makes for repeat customers. I will always recommend LLL Reptiles to anyone who asks. I can't imagine any other company being as courteous as they were to me. |

Posted At 04:29:43 01/14/2001 i will al way's recommecend them i placed a order once on supply's that i was not happy with and sead i wood not place a order with again but watching over the nexed youer then placed a order 2 times with live pets and all win't well i did louse one bearded dragen 3/4 sanfire red x 1/4 german ginet but did not contacket them i do by a lot of rept's on the web |

I place an order once on a supply that I was not happy with and said I would not place another order again but watched over the next year then placed an order two times with live pets and all went well and I didn't lose one bearded dragon 3/4 sanfire red and 1/4 german but did not contact them. I do buy a lot or rep's on the web (boy, do we need a spelling tutor!!!) |
