Last week, I ordered 4 snakes from Arizona Reptile Garden and paid with PayPal. The snakes were shipped Thursday and lost in transit. They were delivered Monday, and although they were packaged with a cool pack, two of the snakes had died. I contacted Bill (wbm@primenet.com) immediately to let him know. Within 20 minutes, I had a FULL refund in my PayPal account. I denied the payment, as half of the animals are fine... we "settled" on a compromise refund, which was more than adequate in my view. The unfortunate reality of shipping animals is that eventually you will lose something. Bill was concerned for the animals, as I was, but more importantly he was concerned with keeping a customer. Bill went well beyond what he would have *had* to do in order to keep me calling on him. I wanted to acknowledge his selflessness and thank him publicly for being a professional and responsible.
