JUST SAW THAT HIS SITE WAS UPDATED SO I FIGURED I WOULD RELAY MY DEALINGS--I SENT HIM ANIMALS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO--C.O.D--HE BOUNCED THE CHECK--COULD NOT GET INTO CONTACT WITH HIM UNTIL A MONTH OR MORE LATER, AND OF COURSE HE SAID THE ALOT OF THE ANIMALS DIED(COULD NOT VERIFY THIS)-AND WANTED TO SETTLE FOR $250 WHICH WAS HALF OF WHAT THE CHECK AMOUNT WAS--I SADI NO WAY AND THAT I WANTED THE FULL AMOUNT--HE WAS THEN HOBOKEN HOUSE OF REPTILES--HE CLOSED HIS BUSINESS AND I CONTINUED TO CONTACT HIM ON THIS MATTER---HE WOULD OFTEN GET ANGRY AND HANGUP MAKING FOOLISH STATEMENTS SUCH AS YOU ARE EATING FILET MIGNON WHILE I AM STARVING!!---WHATEVER---I THEN OFFERED TO TAKE IT IN ANIMALS WHICH HE OFFERED AND HE THEN NEVER REPLIED TO THAT--I THEN THREATENED A COLLECTION AGENCY AND HE TOLD ME HE COULD PAY ME WEEKLY--I BELEIVE HE PAID AROUND $100 AND THEN NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN---TYPICAL POOR BUSINESSMAN---I STILL HAVE HIS CHECK AND MAYBE THIS POST WILL ILICIT A RESPONSE---I WOULD AVOID ANY BUSINESS DEALING WITH HIS PREENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS---JUST A HEADACH WAITING TO HAPPEN.-BEN SIEGEL |

Totally taking advantage of this kid... last I knew the issue had not been resolved.... I wrote him a letter telling him what a Piece of Sh!t I thought his "craftmanship" produced, and he threatened to sue me. All the kid wanted was his money back.... Hi Ben :-) Tom |

5654.html Posted At 13:16:58 07/11/2001 HEY BEN , I have done business with this knucklehead on occasion he never wanted to pay for the animals that I bred and then he brought them to shows and claimed he bred them , good bullshiter he is .... His store was a dump filled with shitty cornsnakes , leopard geckos and bearded dragons .... But he always claimed to be this big top breeder with all of these high quality reptiles that I never seen at his petshop or at the shows when I had to go and collect my money... Ben I respect you and have done good business with you .. You were always fair and sent healthy snakes to me ( Scrub Pythons ) I will gladly go to Lake Hopatcong New Jersey about twenty minutes from me , and collect your money .. Just keep getting those Beautiful Scrubs for me ... If you need to call Gaymien @ d & m ripoffs not Breeders his number is 973-770-1980 ....
