This guy gives a bad name to buying reptiles online!!! I was supposed to trade 3 66% het albino leos for an adult pair of ball pythons. We were supposed to ship at the same time, but he didn't ship, saying he had to work and will ship them that thurs. Thurs comes, and hear nothing from him. I dont here from him for a week, saying he will ship them the next day. then i dont hear from him EVER!!!!! He is always on AOL instant messenger. under JASSTE3 I always see him on. I even talked to his so-called wife on line. and she said she didn't know anything about it. I have an invoice i sent him and have a copy myself. It has been a month now and still no word from him. Any questions on what to do, since i have the invoice? But BEWARE!!!! He is a bad man, and apparently he doesn't care if he ruins it for anyone else. |

I am going to the post office to file against him, b/c i have the invoice and since i shipped it through usps, it is considered mail fraud, or something like that. i dont know the specifics on it, but i will find out thank you |

Any way I would certainly report mail fraud to the USPS. People shouldn't be allowed to rip you off & just get away with it regardless of the dollar amount involved. If Michael was truly ripped off by Jason Ebanks (JASSTE3@aol.com) than Jason should be reported. This type of incidence makes all of us that sell reptiles online look bad. To allow it to go unreported just encourages these dishonest people to continue with their dishonest ways! It's obvious to me that stealing should not be allowed to continue as 1) It's illegal & 2) because it makes all the honest online breeders and dealers look like thieves! Sincerely, snake lady |

I am going to take action, i am gathering all the info i have, and going to the post office except i cant find the tracking number. I have all the emails we sent to each other, the invoice i sent him but just not the tracking number. |
