The Feds As well As Fish & Wildlife. They have been operating a buisness in California known as "Low Tide Aqautics". They were ilegally smuggling in animals from mexico for resale with out permitts. The Dept. of fish and wildlife is currently after Mark so he fled to Nevada to stay with Ben where the two have been going to Arizona and have been ilegally catching animals there. Mark was just caught by a sting in Bagdad Az. for catching a Gila Monster and had to go to court over it. He then admitted to me the night after he went to court he went out and caught a 15" wich he has in his possesion now. Pretty gutsy if you ask me. When I found out about all of this, I refused to deal with them. Yes, I owe them $600. But since I now know they are animals wich were not legally obtained, I refused to deal with them or pay them. I told them they have no right to expect money for animals they illegally collected as well as now that I know they are doing it, I want nothing further to do with them. And so this where we end up. Anyone who has anything to do with BEN MARTIN & his friend Mark Will be brought down with them when Fish and wildlife and the feds catch them. You ask why the Feds also? For violations of the Lacey act. How can they expect to rieceve payment for illegal activites? |

6367.html Posted At 15:24:47 07/26/2001 I don't know either party, but I find it ridiculous and rather absent-minded to post this here and admit you received animals that could have been collected illegally. Also, it's immoral to keep the animals and not pay them. If you want to get out of it and this story is true, why aren't you contacting the "Feds" and "Fish and Game" to allow them to acquire the animals? IF this story is true, it doesn't make absolve you of your responsibility to PAY for what you received. If you were turning the animals over to authorities I'd understand, but to keep the animals without paying is stealing. Again, I don't know either party. I just found the post to be reprehensible. If it is true Mr. Gelsomino, contact the authorities and turn the animals over to them. Post the shipping airbill that's headed to them. Then the above could be viewed as truthful and you would clear your name. Not paying for the animals is just wrong, no matter how you try to rationalize it. Kris |

That is admissable in court according to my lawyers. Also, YOU proposed the deal to have the animals sent and that is documented and verified by my lawyers via your ip address to mine on July 8, 2001. You told me how to trick Airborne Express, and to label the package as Hissing Cockroaches, stated July 9, 2001. You are quoted as saying ... "Dont worry i've done it over a hundred times".. Should I go on Scott Gelsomino. You are the criminal, and I have a mountain of evidence against you. I have nothing and you have broken the law and the evidence is in my corner. I do not think I need to go any further regarding additional comments you made. A group of people who have been ripped off by your scams and myself are filing multiple lawsuits vs. you. If anyone want's to verify my story. the court records in Bagdad should be public knowledge and any one can check on them . They will see your friend Mark just went to court for Illega posseion of a prohibited species. As well you claim to be taking me to court? If thats the case how come everytime I ask for your lawyers name and number you refuse to give it to me? It's because you either A. Don't have one or B. you won't give it to me because your affraid once I speak with them they will know of your illegal activities and will no longer represent you. For Kris, I have been in contact with fish and wildlife and I am doing the very thing you claimed I should, returning the animals and trying to put these two out of buisness, but unfortunately these things take time and I will post more info as I have it..... |

Yes, he ripped me off and he will be summoned to court. As you can see by his postings, we are not exactly dealing with Albert Einstein. Scott actually possesses 6 gila monsters all obtained illegaly and so stated via documentation by myself on July 9, 2001. All this evidence is admissable in a court of law and will be used against Mr. Scott Gelsomino. |

I have already received messages from people in Oregon that Scott was trying to turn around and sell the animals at a 200% profit. This is not yet legally documented as I haven't received the witnesses authentication but it is in the midst of being verified and used in court against him. This person is a complete scumbag liar that will say anything or do anything in an attempt to rip you off for animals and/or money.
