Victor Eizer (Scammer and BAD GUY) & Dan From J&D Chameleons (you decide?) ________________________________________________________________ Back on 5/6/01 I purchased a pair of Het for Albino Ball Pythons from J&D Chameleons, based out of Lindenhurst Long Island NY. These animals were originally auctioned off on Herp Auction. J&D Chameleons bought these animals from Victor Eizer, and in all fairness probably bought them as "what they believed to be Hets for albino Ball Pythons." When I purchased these animals on that day, they did not have the paperwork but I was promised to get it, as stated on my receipt within a week 1/2. Well, 2 weeks went by and no paperwork, so I inquired to J&D, and the answer was "were still waiting for it, " you'll get it as soon as we get it. Okay i can be patient, and more weeks went by, with more inquiries, and still no paperwork, and in the meantime i notice that J&D Cham. is up for sale, so i get nervous thinking IM being taken big time here, and call again to find out just what is actually going on, at this time i here the name {{{Victor Eizer}}} out of Staten Island NY, and he cant be reached for the paperwork. So now I know IM probably sitting on 2 plain Ball pythons that I paid $$$ for and IM pissed. I explain to JOE and DAN from J&D that I need the paperwork or these animals are useless to me. DAN seems to not want to return any of my calls, dumps the problem on his partner JOE, (who tried his best to rectify the situation), these guys are having a falling out over the business, which I find out later on, but IM still screwed here. So to make this very long story just a little bit longer, i now have to demand my money back or go to court with these guys, Well after some lames excuses IM sure came from DAN through JOE, as to why i cant get my money back from this deal, i finally return the snakes on 7/22/01 and get refunded my $$$, Thank you JOE, because i have a feeling that the entire amount came out of your pocket. DAN, not quite the way to business buddy, I wont be doing any future business with you! So now we get to this SCAM artist ~Victor Eizer who screwed J&D Chameleons in the first place. He goes by different screen names VnRreptiles@aol.com, OwowiTzVic@aol.com, and VicsHerps1@aol.com, and his phone# is 718 984-3908 Staten Island NY, Don't do business with this guy, (REGARDLESS OF HIS AGE) he advertises on here and at kingsnakes.com's classifieds. And if you should run into this SCAM artist at a show let everyone there know that hes bad news, and see if you can have his a$$ thrown out, and banned from any herp shows. Thanks to the help I got from fellow herpers on this board, Ryan Cocchiara and Sabrena Fraka for filling me in about this SCAM artist Victor Eizer, i really appreciated it!!! Because of your help, i was able to get my refund alot quicker, if i can ever return the favor just ask !!! Thanks for your time here folks, and keep the Reptile hobby honest and fun. Mike Tashman |
