I have had a difficult time getting in touch with someone who "calls-the-shots" at reptiledepot--I had troubles even getting a NAME of a manager or supervisor. It was like pulling teeth getting Natalie to say the name "Steve" today, who supposedly is the "floor manager" and can't be reached because he is in school. What?! Does anyone out there have any names, numbers, or direct email addresses of supervisors, managers or even owners of ReptileDepot? I would greatly appreciate being able to talk to them so that we could resolve this matter in a reasonable fashion. FYI, it is an order that I has been pending for almost 3 months now and I have yet to receive any packages. the problems with my order is predominantly due to what reptile depot described as numerous "extenuating circumstances". I am beginning to wonder if this is a staff mistake and that someone in the staff doesn't want the people in charge to know about it(I would even worry about a staff person pretending to be a manager). I would really appreciate any info on who to contact--names,emails,etc. I am a breeder and have occasionally ordered supplies from them(especially reptariums) but never had much of a problem until lately. The reason why i must ask is that there are no names given on the website, nor do they ever respond to allegations on this forum with any name just "reptiledepot". Why is that? I know,.. I know..this is what I get for dealing with a mega herpshop on the internet, but I would at least like to see my issue resolved in a reasonable fashion. I'll wait and see what they tell me tomorrow.
