Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

The maker is not actually indicated but I have reason to believe it's made in China. I purchased it from Reptile Basics.
The holes in the cutting die are too small to actually get any pinky pressed through. It clogs up and the pinky presses out of the sides of the pump between the glass and the metal body... even with the o-ring in place.
I tried removing the cutting die and blending up the pinky beforehand and the same results apply.
The oring that goes at the top between the brass piece and the glass also gets chewed up and wears out quickly.
It's junk. Save your money.
