    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I was following up on a well-known scammer that disappeared. I was given some information that he moved to selling ebooks. Naturally, I took note when I noticed that she had a site selling ebooks.

Note: I'm not stating she was the person that I was looking for.

Yeah, I actually have a problem with someone that starts a new site and already has a page of testimonials. The problem is since the only form of payment she excepts is PayPal and when I did my first query on her, PayPal had zero confirmed transactions with her. So how does she have all of these happy customers when she has been in business for a week when she posted her first ad?

When someone try’s to highlight a point too much, it only brings attention to it. It makes me wonder why they are doing it.

In my opinion, I wouldn’t buy from for many reasons.

First her TOS in regards to using PayPal.
We use PayPal to recieve and send payments. You agree that you will not get %100 of your money back in a refund due to the charges PayPal puts as fees on each payment.

Second, she doesn’t sex any of her animals. An easy out when selling CH males.

We sell our animals on a "as is'' basis. We advertise them and represent them to the best of our knowledge. If we bought a BP as a guaranteed female, we will sell it as a female unless we know otherwise. We keep the breeders' numbers in a case of mistaken gender. When we advertise a Ball Python, we advertise and sell it within our own oppinion. We do not claim for it to be anything other than what it is. You agree that the Ball Python you see in the pictures may be a bit darker or lighter than in the pictures, due to the camera. However we would never post a picture or advertise an animal as a different color. Example; if we have a light BP...we would never post a super dark picture and advertise it as a "dark chocolate and black ball python". That would false advertising. The money back guarantee is for only within reason. We have the right to deny it under our discretion and within reason. As stated in the first TOS, we are not liable for anything if the TOS changes. Before OR after you buy. The TOS will have to change eventually; whether it be towmorrow or a year from now. We couldn't possibly afford to only have the new changes apply to certain people.

Hm..see now, that was one of the things I talked about with her, and she said she was going to change it to something along the lines of, "You are bound to our TOS as they are published on the day you make your purchase" or something along those lines. She changed a lot of other things I suggested, and I never looked again to see if that particular part had been changed..... :ack2:

Caveat emptor, I believe.
 
I inquired about some she had posted in an ad a few weeks ago. She told me that she had to sell them due to a death in the family and needed the money for funeral expenses.

She also told me that if she didn't sell them by the next morning that she would be selling them to a local pet store that would buy them for her asking price.

Something sounds a little fishy.

OK I'm lost here, if someone offered $ 600 and needs time to get funds together then they shouldn't have to much trouble getting $ 250 together sell it to them for that price To be honest between this thread and the one you deleted calling me and others mean and rude ......This Reeks of :censored:
