We have posted a group of Trans-pecos rat snakes for sale and received an email from this person Msnakebiteike@cs.com AKA Mike (no last name available) He claims to have a female pastel ball python for trade and wants our group of snakes. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.

For the record, We never ended up trading anything with him! He never gave us a last mane and further more never produced the references we asked for. He did end up sending a picture of a normal Ball python (not a pastel by any stretch)and then he vanished. We recommend being cautious in any dealings, as it's only an opinion, we did not get a good vibe from him.

Brian...What's the problem?? If he has something you "think" you might want....have HIM ship first, since he is the one that wants your snakes!! If you don't like what you get....send it back COD for the return shipping charges! How easy is that?? ....Neil

Neil, our original post was Posted: May 12 2002,21:32 and that's where we asked for BOI help. No one responded to this thread, probably due to lack of information good or bad on the person in question. The second post was posted today by Anthony Chodan- GRADE A Reptiles and since we started this thread we thought we would share our experience with this person. As far as you asking "Brian...What's the problem??"  The reason we never traded with this guy was he misrepresented his animal and failed to provide references. Who wants to risk stressing animals out to have them shipped for inspection when it was not even a pastel to begin with! Neil, this is not meant to initiate an argument, just to state the facts that we had all ready posted!
