Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I recently decided to try out the new dual tube Mercury Vapor bulbs from Big Apple. The order was processed immediately and I received my order within 48 hrs(without paying for second day service). Unfortunately it arrived broken despite being packaged extremely well. I called to discuss a replacement fully expecting to have to send the defective bulb back. SURPRISE! The gentleman I spoke with was extremely courteous and told me to just throw away the bad bulb and they would get me a new one out. Once again within 48 hours my replacement was delivered(in excellent condition).
I will continue to do business with them in the future and encourage others to give them a try!

Agreed...those guys are great. I ordered a ceramic heat emitter from them and they were out of stock so they sent me a considerably more expensive model for the same price so I wouldn't have to wait.

I recently purchased their thermostat w/ the night drop cord and I am extremely happy with the product and serivce. I telephoned them after the sale was completed to get a few setup questions answered. This is definitely a company to do business with!! Great bunch of people, highly professional packaging, speedy arrival of the product!! I would never buy from Big Apple again,
But I guess you would have to see my post in the original posts on big apple seeing someone wanted to start another post

On another note, I placed another order with them for 2 jars of Rep- Cal and 1 jar of vitamins. Once again I recieved email confirmation of my order within minutes and the products arrived again within 2 days.

Big Apple are great folks!! I ordered some Quat Plus from them and one of the bottles came in open and spilled out. They got me some more right out. I have since ordered more stuff and I am very happy with them.
