In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

My apologies to the adrenaline junkies, I didn't get any crazy exciting shots.
The first two are after being put together in a VE-175. The 3rd on a recent encounter...sorry about the water on the lens, I didn't notice it til after.

Ah, what the heck....here's the reason the last pic looked the way it did.
(no, he was not there initially, but he lunged across the enclosure when he realized the camera was partly inside - yes, partly inside, meaning my hand was outside where it belonged)

Beautiful!

I woudl love to be able to get those (that's why the boss won't let me go to Hamburg  ).

Absolutely gorgeous animals.

Yeah, makes me wish I wasn't in NYS, so I could keep that stuff here.

Harold,
Have you noticed that the albinos have more attitude than the normals? Just my observation. I've had quite a few normals that could qualify for a children's petting zoo!

The female isn't bad to work with, but the male is a :censored:
These are the first albinos I have kept...well, the first monocleds I have kept, lol (I've kept 8-9 kinds of cobras over the years, just not N. kaouthia).
My only other experience was with a former business partner's animals...he had a normal and an albino, and neither was particularly aggressive.

If anybody has (or can direct me to) any good breeding info, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've done searches & come up with crap, asked around & gotten ignored or given responses that were less than helpful...so I'm just flying by the seat of my pants and hoping I hit on a combination that works.
(I probably shouldn't bother, because I can't bring the babies home & they can't stay there...but I'll have a while to worry about that when I see eggs)
