Gee Dan, I don't know WHY anyone would question your integrity with a rant like that.

I think the point being made is not that you made the offer to offer a refund once you got the snakes, which is standard practice(if YOU would bother to read, most people have agreed on that point), but the fact that others have come forward to complain about situations that haven't been rectified and your attitude seems to show that once you have those snakes you will not refund the money.  
And what is your problem with people who actually breed things instead of just selling them?   Competition???  I am not out to sell horribly sick animals and bend people over the barrel for shipping(did you at least buy him dinner first?), so how on earth would you be competition to me or many of the others posting here?
There is no reason to get all defensive and tell us to go licking your nads or anything like that(unless you are into that kind of thing...ewww)because a group of your "peers" has pointed out your lack of ethics and candor regarding several issues in this deal with Jeremy/Matt.  Granted, I pretty much gave up reading this childish drivel a few pages back and have just been skimming, but I seem to have missed how in the he!! it cost $200 to ship one large and one small boa through Airborne Express.  OH wait, you probably never bothered to answer that did you?  
Do you understand why he is reluctant to send you the snakes back yet?  In most situations it is snakes first, refund after.  But in this case there is absolutely NO reason to trust that you will make good on it.  
Just for the record(and it will probably be deleted, but I feel I need to at least communicate on YOUR level for you to get it), you should at least offer to buy dinner, or at the VERY least lube it up before you try reaming someone's a$$ out on a business transaction.

Will you agree to send the money to a trusted third party, who is acceptable to both you and your customer? &nbsp;If you will do this, then I am certain that Jeremy will then ship the snakes back to you. &nbsp;The money could then be sent to Jeremy, and you all will be happy. &nbsp;Your money will not go to Jeremy until after you have your snakes, and he can ship the snakes with the knowledge that his money is on its way with no hesitations.

What exactly is wrong with this plan? &nbsp;In my opinion, if you do not accept this plan, you are a liar, a crook, and a blemish we could do without in the herp industry. &nbsp;I see nothing about this suggestion that is not acceptable to anyone who is honest and trustworthy. &nbsp;Now, if a person is dishonest and untrustworthy, I can see why this plan would be a problem. &nbsp;But barring that, this plan should be good enough for you.

Just to show your intelligence level ( or lack of ). This thread had seen no action in about 30 hours or so. To my dismay it was about to fall onto the 2nd page of this forum. In case you need that explained to you that would be beneficial to you. People were finally leaving it alone. Then you, brainiac that you are, decide to respond to it with all your wisdom and knowledge (perhaps experience) of other guys paying special attention to your personal areas and shoot it right back to the top of the page. All that did was generate several hundred additional looks and several comments to keep it at the top.
