sand, sand, and more sand

I've been doing this for 6 yrs. Even had my first pair of juvis on desert sand and they are alive and kick'n to this day. Switched to play sand as I got more and more geckos. I now place hatchlings and juvi's on racks with papertowels and adults are either on sand in tanks or in sweater boxes lined with newspaper and a sand box for laying.
Speaking of sand I need to go to bed.

Anyone that has been posting and hanging out on the ksnake forum probably knows my opinion on sand. I used playsand for years as a substrate for my adult breeders, and they did fine, no problems. I also fed a diet of crickets exclusively (occasional pinky mouse) back then. Sand is not the evil killer of leopard geckos.

I feel like a broken record now. Back to feeding geckos
