The e-mails said that you were not even going to attempt to fix it unless you got the body back.

The snake is dead. It's obvious. Refund the money, and take care of the customer. If you would have done that instead of saying no, and if you had proof that you took care of it, then no matter what he said he wouldn't have been able to wreck your reputation.

It's plain and simple. If you take care of your customer, by refunding every penny, or of giving a new snake-exact same value, or if you wanted to be nice, a slightly more valuable animal, most people would see it as you tried to make him happy, but he was being unreasonable.

You are, right now, basically saying, you're not interested in making it right unless you get the body back, but the pictures show that it is dead. And it's been destroyed so you can't get the body back anyway. To most sellers, the pics would be plenty of evidence.

There is no reason for anybody to post the emails for you. (Why would you think that is a reasonable expectation??) If you've got them, post them.

Its worth it to ship the albino aztec or anery aztec male to Kevin. He has been nothing but good to you. We had a vet check out the animal today. he said that the boa had been dead awhile because Rigamortis doesnt set in until> 14 hours of death in BCI. He would like to do further testing but you insist on having the animal back. Why so you can do it again?

I do believe that you knowingly shipped him a dead animal. I have a multitude of reasons, but first and primarily the black spots on him. He also smelled aweful BEFORE opening the box. again primarily a post riga trait.

he got two of his boys talking for him cuz he just got burned for 4.5k. i would do the same thing

who cares if he is a known snake breeder. the guy put two heat packs to send to a 80 degree destination from florida. people make mistakes even the best.

hes probably high as hell and is paranoid the guy intentionally killed the snake on purpose and feels they are crooks cuz he associates with people he dosent like. what a joke. this poor guy is out 4.5k and no snake?? lmfao.

i wonder what this guy is going to do with his money.. buy a motorcycle??
