Think he did it?

Well, I caught Aurora making some very subtle movements yesterday afternoon, so I snapped a couple pictures and just watched. She almost looked like she was going through parturition, except the opposite direction, and a lot more subtle.

Well, my back hurts, so 2 hours of standing there motionless was good enough for me. I checked again before going to bed, and she was still doing it somewhat.

At 3:15 this morning, I just woke up for some reason. I grabbed the flashlight to check the critters to see if I had an escapee or something, and I caught her either in the middle, or at the end of her ovulation. Not as big a swell as they have been, but that's OK.

When I first saw her...

And around 3:30 this morning...




Pretty cool eh. Now we'll see if Sammy is a viable breeder or not.

Awesome stuff Rick. I dont want to be premature, but I truly could not be happier for you. It has been a really long road you have been down with Aurora. CONGRATS!!
