FRIGGIN' MITE OUTBREAK!!

WHAT THE HELL?!?! THIS WEEK IS GOING TO KILL ME! sunday i went in to check my snakes and everything is great, didnt see not 1 speck of dust or anything and monday rolls around and guess what FRIGGIN' MITES IN 3 CAGES!!! WTF?!?! i clean their cages 2 - 3 times a week and sometimes 4 depending on if i see something dirty. doesnt matter what i see it gets comepletely cleaned right there on the spot so why the hell i get mites? THIS IS CRAZY AS HELL!!! i know sometimes they just pop up but hell now i feel like all the work i do for their cages is for nothing. i am so depressed!

Two words: BLACK KNIGHT.

Mites happen regardless of how clean you keep your enclosures. Order some Black Knight and always have a can on hand.

We use to house ours with aspen and would get random, freak appearances of mites. Since then we've changed to newspaper and haven't seen one mite since. I think they can come from the subsrate sometimes. JMO.
