Ooo, I'm voting for the dream bee too, that would be awesome! Congrats on the excitement! I was a bit disappointed because my big pastel didn't go this year (was trying to breed her to a spider, been wanting a bumblebee for years but may end up just buying one soon), but my pair of nice dinkers went. I'll be getting a clutch in about ten days, she just went through her pre-lay shed cycle on Valentine's Day.

That new camera is coming in handy already Bob. Congrats and hope the odds are with you. On a side note, I've found that the low-mid range Canon's do better in extremely low light with a single pure white backlight for actual photoshoots. I use a simple large shop light housing and a 75w true white spectrum bulb over my shoulder aimed directly at the shoot area, while I shoot in an almost dark room. The colors and lighting on the snake seems to be the most accurate this way.

Bob we're all reeping the rewards of that new camera nice pics! My fingers are crossed that the dream bee will be a daddy in the next 2 months. I can't wait to see pics of the leopard clutch also. I need to get one this year so keep us (especially me) updated.
