Big Cheese Rodents- FANTASTIC!!

I tried Big Cheese for the first time since they had prices much lower than what I could find in my home state, Florida. I called in the morning, and was instantly able to get a shipping quote and place my order.

The mice were shipped FedEx Ground from TX to FL. They left Monday and arrived Thursday. I unpacked them at 4:30 PM. They were VERY well-insulated, and there was plenty of dry ice left in the box. Even the tiny day old pinks were frozen solid.

The mice are fabulous- the best I have seen since The Mouse Factory went out of business. Clean, vacuum sealed, neat and straight in their packages.

Communication was prompt, both by phone and by e-mail. I had an exception on my shipment (my fault) and was notified by Big Cheese almost immediately. I'd already been able to resolve it by meeting up with the FedEx guy in his truck- so I'm quite happy with FedEx at this point, too.

I was a bit worried, because it's the middle of summer and it's been running 105 to 107 most days here. They were ground shipped so two days in this heat I was to say a bit concerned....when I received the box it was hot on the outside as the temp at 3pm was 105 today. I hurried to open it! Frozen solid baby! I had the biggest chunk of Dry Ice sitting on top of my order. I was very pleased.
