As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.

Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

No, they are not.

Per my knowledge there has been 1 US captive hatching, 1 costa rican outdoor breeding, 1 us true captive breeding where no viable hatchlings and 1 us true captive breeding which i believe hasn't hatched yet. So in other words, none are so far.
