We treat them for worms, ecoli, and protozoas, which they ALL carry and need to be treated for. These have been or will soon be done with treatment, and ready to ship.
We feed our caiman lizards frozen thawed chopped up snails you can buy at your local Asian Market for 3.99-5.99 a 24 pack or more.
We mix these chopped snails with wet cat food to elicit a feeding response, and slowly change from cat food to ground turkey as they get older and bolder. Before you know it, these guys are launching them selves at you like a tegu for food.
Occasionally, banana and papaya are added to the diet, and vitamins and supplments as well. Our pair of adults we had on display at the store at pre killed MICE off tongs!
