3ft female water monitor

I am almost 100% sure this 3ft 1.5year old Sumatran water monitor is a female. She isn't 100% tame but once she is out of her enclosure you would swear she is. She is super easy to get out and once she starts walking in your hand she mellows out but then don't get too comfortable because she will make a dash for it but doesn't try to bite. People think she is tame when she is out but i tell them if i put my hand in the cage and try to pet her she'll get a bit irritated but if I come underneath her and pick her up she allows that and will try to run through my hands but then eventually slows down. She is priced at $350 shipped. Price is firm...only calls no text
