Question Leo crash course needed

I'm just getting into leo geckos. Can someone point me to a good site or give me a crash course in leo gecko morphs/genetics?

I have an albino male and a normal female, she laid eggs and I'm assuming they'll be het albino, just like it would be if they were snakes?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, it is a simple recessive trait. there three strains of albino in leopard gecko, tremper, rainwater, and bell.

Let us know how the eggs do, and we would love to see you stop by and post some time.

Cool- I'll post pictures of my male soon and hopefully someone can tell me what strain of albino he is!

How do the genetics of the Super hypo tangerine carrot tail baldy and the rainwater pa and all that stuff work? All simple recessives, or some codoms?

SHCTB Are all line bred

Patternless is recessive, as is RW Albino, breeding them together gets you double hets. Breeding double hets together gets you a 1 in 16 chance to produce the trait together (ie, PA).

People have some good genetics webpages up, check with Gekkonoid.

I am a genetics idiot but here is a well organized, well written info site for genetics:
