When shipping overnight, where do UPS and FedEx stop?

In the past I remember having heard their airplanes stop on one particular location. If I remember right Kentucky was mentioned once. Does anyone know where do each company's plains stop during the night?

Thanks!

Nevermind UPS, I already found out it's LOUISVILLE, KY. What about Fedex?

those are the major .....

...hubs of each company, but they also have bleed off and bypass operations.it depends on orgin, destination and sevice selected,it's very complex and changes frequently.are you checking for weather? TWH

Yes, I'm checking the temperatures while in transit. We are at that time of the year where it's very tricky to ship. Past shipments have gone through Louisville (UPS) and Memphis (FedEx) and I'm shipping from the Midwest. I'm not sure if it's final destination or origin that matters in determining alternative hubs.

yea it is .........

...tricky time to ship in hot weather,i'd much rather deal with kool temps.i find that medical insulated boxes (M.D. office , vet etc.) are much better than the reptile boxes most people use.have fun! TWH

Yes, that's what I use. Styro is one inch thick and in just one piece. As you sais I'd rather ship in moderately cold weather.

I often have fedex packages bypass Memphis and go to Indianapolis.

I hope this helps.
