Hello!
Either you have not registered on this site yet, or you are registered but have not logged in. In either case, you will not be able to use the full functionality of this site until you have registered, and then logged in after your registration has been approved.
Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....
Please note that the information requested during registration will be used to determine your legitimacy as a participant of this site. As such, any information you provide that is determined to be false, inaccurate, misleading, or highly suspicious will result in your registration being rejected. This is designed to try to discourage as much as possible those spammers and scammers that tend to plague sites of this nature, to the detriment of all the legitimate members trying to enjoy the features this site provides for them.
Of particular importance is the REQUIREMENT that you provide your REAL full name upon registering. Sorry, but this is not like other sites where anonymity is more the rule.
Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

I am incubating mine at 89 degrees, with an anticipated gestation of just under 2 months (pretty much standard stuff)
What? A woma go off feed? That was some kind of joke right? lol. Womas are eating machines!! After the first few weeks, decrease the prey/meal size for the female...stop feeding a few weeks before deposition. She will start feeding again almost immediately after you take the eggs away.

Yeah - I'm on a different computer now and that is a little clearer. (thats what I get for making assumptions at that hour of morning...esp when either my eyes or the monitor -both?- was just a bit off.
Anyway, from what I can see of their bodies, they look like a couple of nicely marked animals. Was this a planned breeding attempt (seems a little on the late side)? If not, were they cycled? Womas have been known to breed in the "off season" if they are housed together, but my understanding is that such couplings rarely result in fertile eggs. Best of luck & keep us posted!

From that pic alone it looks more like exploration than copulation. Unless I actually saw intromission then I wouldn't count that as a breeding if I witnessed it.
Harald is correct too. Womas will copulate year round, pretty much anytime you put the two together. Mine have breed in all four seasons. Eggs have never been produced from breedings outside the normal season though.
I do hope you get eggs, but the fact is it's a slim possibility from a breeding during this time of the year.
My current clutch is also incubating at 89 degrees. Standard python protocols.

we will see
hopefully i get eggs, they are both, or were both virgins. she appeared to be ovulating, so i put them together and they continued this behavior for quite a while. they ended up in the hide box so i left them alone so as not to disturb them. i will have to wait and see. what are thier normal seasons. thanks for all of the info.

Unless they were paired earlier in the year she probably wasn't ovulating. But if she was, and you waited until you saw that to begin introductions, you already missed the opportunity. Once ovulation occurs, any further breedings are of no value. Copulations must be acomplished prior to ovulation for the eggs to be fertilized.
The normal breeding season is the same as with other pythons, late fall/winter.
