    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

out of the 14 sold so far, u and your buddy were the only ones complaining. Tracy got her refund and you requested additional parts and i was willing to send them but, you didn't want them and thought you were going to try to screw me over or something. I told you after i get going on these, I was going to just send you one, and I will. And its not the same cage, Different. Well have a nice night. Talk to you later

His feedback on ebay and reptile auctions under his old account show more than 2 unhappy people.

For the record, I never got the parts and I had to fix all the mistakes on this POS cage.
 
I did get a refund but....

Yes, I got a refund for the cage but not the shipping to send it back. I basically paid $50 for nothing. I ended up in the hole. He did not want to refund me, Paypal made him. We settled in Paypal dispute.

It was a horrible experience and I will probably never buy another
cage I cannot see and touch.

No complaints from me. I've been waiting almost 3 years for him to make this right. :D


Anyway, I was contacted this past week by Josh and was told he would be sending me a cage when he had the funds. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

I hope you get your cage and I hope it is what you need, but I am a senior citizen and I'm just not going to order from a company that takes years to make good on an error because if I want my kids to have a nice critter cage, I want to buy them one, not leave them one :ack2:

You dont think I wanted to send it to him before I posted this up. If I sent it to him and then posted a new cage, my mistakes wouldn't have come up like they are now. I'm positive that when he does get it he will be pleased with what I have to offer. I do not have the money to send a 40lbs cage to connecticut, its $80. I stopped trying to sell cages because I had no time. I work full time and do this on my time. I can't just stop working and hope that this takes off, if it doesn't then im screwed. I've been putting all extra money into this project and then some. Hopefully after all said and done Steve and I can be friends again.

Guess I just see things differently. You said you been putting all extra money into this project. In my way of thinking, that indicates there is extra money coming from somewhere. Just saying "some" of that could have been put aside to ship out the first cage. Well, maybe not the very first one. Didn't you say you tossed it around the garage? Maybe Steve coming here and giving a better revue would boost your sales too. Not to mention you and him being friends and all, and you wanting to fix that up.

But like I said, I don't view things the same way as most. :shrug01:
 
I think Steve deserves several free cages. One for the original one purchased and a couple more for the years it has taken to resolve this. I mean seriously, I would not consider the situation resolved with just one cage after this amount of time.
 
Not if, as Josh claimed, that was the only one he had a problem with. If that WAS the case, Steve should have had a new cage years ago...right after Josh figured out how to resolve the problems. I suspect that the only reason Steve is being offered a new cage now is that Josh wants to advertise here.

I made a new cage and I wanted his opinion. And what better persons opinion than someone who despises me.

I am not holding my breath on this.
I am taking all of this with a grain of salt and will see how it turns out.
