hell man I would not wait till monday. I think 2.5 years has been ample time. Should go ahead and start that process today. (well maybe not as it is friday and being military I can tell you most civilian government employees are leaving right about now lmao.

I have notified Ebay and paypal that he is a liar and a thief.
I will fill out the forms from the district attorney and send them out and look into what other collection avenues I have available including making him pay interest on monies owed plus a reimbursement of any expenses related to me pursuing collection. Hmm. Collection agency. Gonna have to check into that.
