    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

here is my two year old female pied getting ready to drop her first ever clutch, which was bred by a het male. i did not think she was going to take this late in the year, i started off trying to breed my lavender to her, but no luck after he had his fun with my two big normals, which i have two nice clutches from this year of 6.11 hets, well have to wait till this season for the dream project, well my het pied male did the work and everything seems to be going great with this project, the way she looking, i may have six to seven eggs from my view, this would be big for the first time breeding her and hope to get lucky with the odds on the pieds and some nice ones to,,i will post more pics when she lays her eggs for you to view, also anyone want to guess how many eggs is going to be laid from her, she is due in a few days. please enjoy and comments are welcome, thanks alot mark...:beer:

thanks brian, these is my hold back pied from two years ago, also that clutch was a het x possible which proved, with five eggs and two pieds, with one high white male and this gravid female, great odds, but can the odds be on my side again, can not wait to see this out come...mark.....:thumbsup:
 
Well.. she's beautiful to say the least... I'm going to guess 6 eggs just because I like that number LOL.. Good Luck and Hope she gives you some pretty babies :)
 
Mak when was the last time she was bred?? I have a few females thaa seem to be gravid but are late they were last bred at the latest April.one may be had a prelay I shall see in 20 days.

hi greg, she was bred mutipal times by het pied male starting in april-june 12,13, which was the last time she was bred, i did post awhile back on here of her ovulating, with some pics that day,, u should be able to tell if she is real big and skin is streched and has been off food for a long period of time, let her crawl into tub while holding with firm grip with both hands, it should be easy to feel the eggs or lumps one by one, keep in touch and good luck,thanks mark..:thumbsup:

the pied eggs are on the ground and stunned of count!!!!

well she finally laid her first clutch and i was way off on egg count, but she is still very healthy and has not lost must weight which is great, these eggs are huge and long, maybe twins in two would be awesome, but no guarantee, there was only four eggs total, but no slugs, not bad for first clutch, can not wait till day 50 to cut them, hope four some nice pieds and girls too, stay toon for updates then, thanks for all the comments and have to see who was the closest on egg count.....mark......ps, i was very fooled on this girl.....:shrug01:

Wow... those are some really long eggs.... did you get a weight on them by chance.. seem kinda big coming from her... LOL.. congrats and crossing my fingers for lots of pieds... may the "Odds Gods" be with you on this one :)

hey girl, i did not put them on a scale for weights, i was shocked to see these huge eggs from her for the first clutch ever, i did not want to chance anything, but wish for twins in the two big eggs, by how they look,,,, this will hard to see what happens in 50 days.... wish me good luck?...:beer:
