    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am glad it turned out to your satisfaction. However, I still would not do business with him. IMO, he makes right only in order to continue riding on the seesaw.
 
Exactly... He'll make it right for awhile then start to throw people under the bus again! I wouldn't do business with him either because you never know if you'll be the next one to be squashed.

I find it extremely unproductive to continue to lambaste a man when he appears to be working hard to make things right. Why should anyone bother if their efforts get tossed back into their faces with such venom?

Am I saying he's suddenly some saint that I would trust implicitly? No...he still has a long road ahead and will have to work hard to rebuild the bridges he burned. But what is the point of publicly proclaiming that no matter what he does, he's still going to be bad? How does that help ANYbody???

I am not actually trying to help him. I am not a Psychiatrists or nor do I sell "Self-help" manuals. My one goal is to make sure that I don't get scammed (I have been before) and if by doing so, I can help others..then mission accomplished.

IMO (I have a lot of those) if he was looking for HELP he should have tried to find that BEFORE doing what he did. Notice how many people are actually running businesses the correct way and actually learning from their mistakes...since this isn't his FIRST time making such a mistake, I think I can be very safe betting it won't be the last time.

His efforts are getting "tossed back in his face" cause it's not the FIRST time. It's only a mistake when you do it ONCE.:rolleyes:
 
My two cents on continuing to attack him....

I was terribly disappointed in how he acted. I emailed him from the beginning to be ignored time and time again, by phone and email. It was very unprofessional to pass me off to Karin. After dealing with this for months, only to see him man up in the end. It should never have got to this point, but least he did something about it.

No one can predict the future or know his true intentions. Hopefully he is turning it around for good and not just trying to do this temporarily.

I don't agree in the personal attacks, but I am all for giving others the heads up of people's past experiences. I wouldn't recommend him and I wouldn't use him again. I hope in a couple of years, I do hear people saying they got some great animals from him. But only he can make sure that happens. I wish him luck in that. I am happy with my snake now. I am happy I don't have to go back and forth with them. And I bet they are happy to stop hearing me bitch :p
 
glad it worked out u 2 but an i mean but id never ever do buisness with him an i hope no 1 else does.once a scammer always a scammer.
 
Steve and Karin still owes thousands of dollars to many. Every now and then they might throw a few bucks at a past theft debt, but they are still scum. For every scam they make good on, they perpetrate a dozen more.

While some may have their own opinion on what is happening here and they have the right to express those opinions... IMO, we are not "attacking" we are giving our opinions on his business transactions and behaviors.

I'm not looking to stop anyone from calling them names here. What they did to myself and others is completely irresponsible and frankly, deserving of the anger by myself and others. I am just saying, I am not going to call them names. That's just not me. I will tell anyone willing to hear of my horrible experience with them and how long it took for a resolution, because people need to know. It will take a LONG time for them to shake the bad reputation, even if they resolved all the problems they had in the past, their reputation regardless will still follow, until they have many, many people giving them positive reviews. But those of us personally hit by them, resolved or not, myself and likely others, will never use them again, or recommend. Many members here read this, and regardless of the resolution, won't use them ever.

Lesson learned for me though. I plan to do a lot more research before buying online again. I know I've seen some people on here who I have much confidence in buying from in the future.

Those are the people who should be given business, not only so the customer can be 100% satisfied, but so the honest and good businesses stay in business. :)
 
omg.. i wish i found this before i bought something from him.... I bought a baby veiled cham from him and he said it should ship out Tuesday, well i have not got a tracking number and i keep calling and no one picks up. I even emailed and no one will email back. Im going crazy i dont know if the baby is coming tomorrow or not!....

well i called and called and called, and found out he did not send it and so he told me he found out they did not have any babies ready to sale yet. he will just refund my money sense i did not want his cham no more :\... he said he is sending it back to my card/bank so i said ok. I'll find out in a few days if he is telling me right.
