    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

if you check that post i would highly reconsider your dealings with this devious, dubious thief. she blatantly STOLE photo from guy's website which is a BLATANT VIOLATION of COPYRIGHT LAW (i should know, she explained it ALL to me). she also HOTLINKED an image which is considered BANDWIDTH THEFT. stealing BANDWIDTH that costs money without permission by linking directly to an image hosting on a server which BELONGS to someone ELSE.

I WOULD RECONSIDER ANY AND ALL DEALINGS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL AS SHE OBVIOUSLY OF FLAWED CHARACTER AND A THIEF! WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE SHE STEALS? MONEY? CARS? SOULS?????

i have added an attachment image that CLEARLY shows her USERNAME, POST and the URL to the image located DIRECTLY on the guycogecko.com website, used WITHOUT permission as well as HOTLINKED.

Actually Erik Ryerson, it seems you have given her permission to use those photos. She has met your three conditions, the photo was found on a public website, she is not using it for profit, she has posted it within the forum. At no point prior to the posting of this thread have you ever retracted your conditions for the acceptable use of photos. While other web designers' and businesses may surely dispute the validity of your claims, surely any reasonable person would summarily apply your claims to your own website.

Its your own stated policy Mr. Ryerson, EAT IT.

errr...because people sometimes don't know the history behind a thread. They see a name in red and they immediately deem that person someone to stay away from. If everyone who posted here had idiotic retaliations against them for posting information about the REAL bad guys, the board would completely lose its purpose.

Someone who reads this thread that hasn't read the thread on Guy Brunke is not going to know that the pictures meg "stole" according to the original poster are actually posted with the real photo owners' permission, nor are they going to realize this thread is posted with sarcasm and revenge. :NoNo:

Ever had customers that didn't read an AD fully on a website and then asked redundant questions? Anyone that didn't read the whole thing is probably someone that many of us would be happy not to have as a customer.;)

The person wrongly named has the option of suing the OP for the false information posted. Other than that..IMO (and it's only an opinion) this thread serves to also separate the wheat from the chaff.:dgrin:

LOL yes, 99% of people seem to be that way! If I didn't want them as customers, I wouldn't have very many at all. There is defiantly a type of customer that is a lot better to deal with than others.

Suing for false information posted is an option, but not a practical one by any means. It's almost always an empty threat simply because of the time and money involved for little gain. The original poster made plenty a fool of himself in the other thread. This one serves zero purpose and could potentially cause plenty of harm.

Gotta agree to disagree on this one I guess. :shrug01:
