Considering Mike has a no trespass order for my store, and a harassment complaint...........I called and added these two threads/threats to my complaints.

These are the kind of people the rassmussens have working at their store.................such class.The years of bad guys threads and local scam posts are well deserved.

I proved my case!

Laura B. I give you props for all of your research. I am a friend of his and sometimes we sell animals or trade eachothers animals. I got a nile from him and i dont feel like displaying it at my house. So, i sold it.

As for wendy. You shouldnt piss off people that know where you live.
You can legally sell venomous by the way if they are drop shipped and never enter the state of washington. Just because you dont have much of a brain left to do it nor do you have a wholesaler in the country that trust you and would do it for you.

Mike hasnt sold a venomous snake since last year and that was to a guy in texas who ERJ Dropped shipped them to the guy. Wendy I will save you the $100.00 and not post the i.d. because there is no reason to now that i admit that i am a friend of his.

The ads that Mike has up with the pictures and his phone number dated back in April are the same pictures you have up here in your ads. Admitted OK.
So you state that you purchased from Mike. OK So you could state that you are using Mike's pictures before you purchased.

That's not going to work. In your ADS you state that you pissed him off while trying to take the pictures.

So you were the one that took the picture which would lend to the fact that you are Mike. That means you are bypassing you ban with this user name and violating multiple rules of this forum.

Or, you can be simply selling Mike's animals for him. Which in case you are helping a member bypass his ban here by putting the animals up for him.

Either way, doesn't look to good for your future here.

I have 3 adult female rubber boas availible. They measure 17,22, and 22.5 inches long. Eat pinkies and feed very well. They are out of the northwest and have been in captivity for over 4 months. Asking $300.00 shipped for the 3 girls.

Considering that they have only been out of the wild for four months and you moved from SC over a year ago (your words) you are selling illegally in your state. Period.

So either way you are being untruthful that they are in your possession or you are illegally trafficking in local wildlife.

One day I will feel I have enough evidence to go after the Rassmussens for loss of business..........this is a year of you guys making posts saying my store is closing, blah blah, the paperwork just gets deeper.

I see now that Mike's website has vanished (not surprising) and I also see that he is selling as "reptiles30" at Hoobly.

Finally, I found this "Fran Callan" retort on an ad "she" inquired about. I just thought this was especially funny and ironic. Who else but Mike would have responded in this manner - the last sentence (dont judge blah, blah) actually made me laugh! More ego than brain matter always gives 'em away.

Please quit involving us in your threads Wendy. You seem to think all of your ex-everythings work for us and the TRUTH is that we only have our family working for us. You can check with the L&I auditor Matt that you sent over here and he will tell you that he went through all our books and its just our relatives working here.
We have had many of your employees come in asking for jobs and giving us alot of info about you which we have kept to ourselfs and not posted on the net anywhere. Lets keep it that way and keep us out of your threads.

Except in this case it'd seem that Wendy was in the right about this person being fraudulent and harassing her... even a broken clock is right twice a day. But I agree, now that things are wrapped up here, she needs to turn her attentions to HER BG thread.
