Looking at the first post from the OP.. I think he was going to fly out because he thought his box was on it's way to Carson's house and one way or another he was going to get his animals in trade if he had to go there in person to pick them up... Just my opinion... I don't think it was truly a threat on Carson but I could be wrong. Has anyone heard or seen anything of the OP since he started this thread? Just wondering what's going on and waiting for the drama to play out as Deborah stated.

i was texted messaged by tim asking me if i was interested in a trade for my lucy retic, i asked what did you he have in mind

he offered my a golden child retic, blonde retic, 2 burmese morphs, pied male and a double het albino pied without paperwork or any info on her and alittle cash. i excepted the trade offer


when i first excepted the trade i figured he would ship first (which in most cases the person that offers the trade ship first) 99.9 percent of the time its a reptile trade rule

he didn't want to ship first, i gave him references (well known breeder people etc etc) he said he knew people aswell but no names were givin to me

so we came up will ship the same day via delta dash, he was unable to go to the airport 2 times in 1 day due to his work schedule,he wanted me to ship first and when he went to the airport to pick up the lucy he would ship out his package to me (that wasn't happening)

we couldn't come up with a shipping terms that worked for both of us so he decided to pass on the deal, i was cool with that i reposted the lucy on line 2 minutes later, then he texted me and said how about we ship the same day via fed ex or ups after i reposted the ad.

i had to think about it, so i agreed, i thought to myself that works good for me due to the fact that i had 3 packages (reptile) going out anyway,

so i packed up the 4 packages one being the lucy retic, i texted him from fed ex a few times and i asked him for a tracking number and i didnt receive anything so i wasn't sure what was going on so i shipped out the 3 packages and brought the retic home with me,

later that evening i received a text saying i shipped and once again i asked him for a tracking number and nothin, i didn't know what was going on so i left it at that.... the next morning i wasn't sure if he shipped and if he did i needed to go to delta and delta dash his snake asap,i was on my way to ny that morning to pick up some ball pythons and i didnt want anything sour to go down so i waited just incase (without a tracking number). i received a text at 12noon with a picture of the airway bill and he said that ups didn't ship it out

at that time i was on my way to ny and even if he did ship the package it would have bin left on my step til later that nite,glad he didnt ship

to be honest this whole thing was a trust issue on both our ends, i didn't work out,

i didn't ship because i didn't think he shipped( didnt receive a any tracking info til 12 noon

i'm not mad at tim ,stuff happen

for now on so this doesn't happen again, if someone offers me a trade they ship first (trade rule) no same day ,no you ship first carson, you offer the trade u ship first,if i offer the trade i ship first

i know you guys are gonna want emails,everything was done via text message
