    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

They stole money under false pretenses... what other explanation do they need. Steve... copy my info and send it to them... it is even complete with a time line. :thumbsup:

Even if it was...if they ask for it, send it again. And again if necessary. :p I imagine they get flooded with paperwork and "evidence"....and they will stack up cases and get to them in time. Seems to me like the Wise case is finally making its way to the top of the pile....and rather than hunt down stacks of paperwork that may have been misplaced, they will simply ask for the details. It may also be SOP to ask the complainant for more details, no matter what sort of info was sent in with the original complaint.

I find it a very positive sign that they're asking for anything at all! :thumbsup:

I have and will do what I can, it's just frustrating to have to provide information that has already been provided.

Dave, Confirm with me via pm when you send that packet to Attorney General Mike Cox and I will give him time to review it and make a follow-up phone call to his office.

No offense Kevin but my packet is more complete then what you sent me/posted and I believe I made it idiot proof so that anyone could follow what I have. I also have it on disc (which I will include) so all they will have to do is click links to all the auction threads and see exactly what, where and when everything happened.

I was going to send it off previously but I was waiting to see if anyone was going to write up anything when you posted about them earlier but surprise, surprise no one bothered send me anything. Also I have had some medical troubles as of late and unfortunately it slipped my mind. I just have to seal the envelope and go to the post office which I will do first thing Monday morning. :thumbsup:

And I have ALOT of details in my info... you'll have to dig thru this thread though. Im not on my home computer... and I have way too much going on at work to go diggin for ya.

Im having one of those days that I hoped I would never see... .I haven't had time to take offence. Im just now getting a breather.... but that breather wont last long. If your packet is better than mine... so be it. I did what I could do.

This past weekend at the Pittsburgh show I had someone come up to me and say, "I saw that flyer at a show in New York last weekend." I said, who do you think sent it to them. :dgrin: Thanks again Donna for extending the reach to inform people of the Wises. :thumbsup:

I sent it out via certified mail yesterday [70091410000080292524] (vehicle troubles kept me from being able to do it on Monday as I had wanted to) so it could be tracked and the delivery verified with a cover letter explaining the information was a complete summary of the complaint against the Wises. I included your name, location and IC3 complaint ID # to ensure it would be directed to your complaint since it seems you are the first he has contacted. Keep us updated with any further contact you receive. :thumbsup:

I'll call the Attorney General's Office in about a week or so in order to give him some time to review what you sent to followup.

Because NY is sort of adjacent to Ohio, it just made sense to me to get them out here, too!!

Start in Ohio and make a ring around it!!! Get them to Canada, too!!

I want to apologize for my absence as of late, I've been subject to a few surgeries as of late, and seem to have missed quite a bit here. Is there anything I can do here?

I was just about to unleash the fury when I noticed Jeff and Cristina only had
a small piece of Gluteus maximus left.......I'm not sure if it will regenerate........But maybe with time another Wise Ass will arise......and once
