    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I may have shared pictures of my cape gopher (the one in my avatar) in the pit forum awhile back...but I don't think I've ever shared pics of my other babies. Not sure why....but here they are! Due to my husband's military career, I can only keep a very limited number of animals, so this is my max for the time being. Someday though, when he retires, I'll begin a more serious collection and plan to do some careful, selective breeding.

Well...enough talk. I know y'all want pictures!

This is Turk...he was a rescue taken in by NERD who was also our "spokes-snake" when we had a BP.net table at Daytona in '08. He now has a forever home with me. :D He's got some scarring from his previous hard life and that seems to make shedding difficult for him. He's got some stuck on his neck right now that I haven't been able to get off at all. He's a ~2500g beast of a boy!

This is Gideon... 100% het lavender albino from Justin Kobylka. He's a handsome boy who hisses mightily whenever I open his tub. LOL

This is my movie-star, Spencer! I bought him from John Sharp at Daytona in '08. I just love this little guy, but he wouldn't take good pics for me tonight. The first one isn't great framing, but it shows off his neck really nice. LOL

Thanks! Retirement is still a hazy mirage of a future for us at this point. 20 years in this year, but his career is going so well and he is thriving...so he may still be at it for awhile yet... ~little sigh~ Still, I'm looking forward to that day...it keeps my dreams alive!
