    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

saw a male i was interested in but thought i had remembered it being advertised as something different prior to that, i am not 100% sure it was the same snake just very similar, also the photo was almost too bright/colorful...i recalled some questionable threads about them/him but nothing stands out specfically in my memory, im sure i can do a search and reread them which i actually will after this but bottom line my question is, social politics/personal issues aside, is this somone(s) i can trust to do a purchase through? thx.

^just went ahead and checked before i posted this, nothing definitive in the first several pages of search results...
 
Yeah he is the one that had an add on KS for a super pastel vanilla spider that turned out to be a Pastel ghost. He had stole the picture from someone and mis labeled it. They caught him and called him on it but he denied it. Even though it had a label on the rack that said pastel ghost. LOL

I would stay away.....
 
arg, dam was a pretty tough one to find that had me interested, he had one posted prior to that though that was earily similar as a simlar but distinctively different combo, though not the one you reffered to ^. thx for the advice anyways, guess when in doubt look elsewhere
 
It was the Sloan Bothers picture of a Pastel Orange Ghost that he was using.

Like you guys already mentioned, the snake in question has been labeled at least 3 different combos, Pastel Vanilla, Pastel Vanilla Fire & Super Pastel Vanilla fire from what I remember.

lol ^ this could be related then, the one in question was labled as a 'super vanilla' however i was quite sure i had seen it earlier as a 'pastel vanilla' :/
 
Not to also confuse this person with the previous "First Coast Reptiles" owned by John that was closed a few years ago..This is another entity entirely that has no affiliation whatsoever...I guess this is a new business that decided they wanted that as their name now.

I don't know much about the person in question, but there are a few people on here from Jacksonville I would speak with...one is username "snakemami".
 
To all who is full of a accusations I posted a vanilla pastel ONLY and any other negative information that has come from "snakemami" use to be my partner who left on bad terms.

I honestly am NOT trying to misrepresent myself , my animals or my business! I picked up my business, however some people can not just let well enough alone and move forward in life...to everyone out there, and I have sold to MANY of people that are very happy with my professionalism ...Again, Why would I want to make a bad name for myself? Sell a snake that is different than it's genetics? I am here like everyone else, to buy and sell ball pythons..period the end...So even though there has been many lashes towards me from my ex partner I have not said a word because I do not want to open up another can...

You have my word and guarantee that anything I advertise and sell, is legit, the correct animals and genetics or I will give you a 100% refund. So all this talk about me being a bad guy and all is not true, and I hope everyone sees this in my ads.!

But what about that male lesser that I sold you a while back and not too long ago saw him up as a proven breeder when he has never bred while I had him and he wasn't with you long enough to be a proven breeder?
 
I won't comment on doing business with you since I never have and NEVER WILL but I will comment on the obvious that is out there for anyone to see and if you care to explain than be my guest, because I am sure there is an explanation :ack2:

The fact that you are using someones else's picture on your website is intended to portray yourself in a certain way, if not you would use the picture of a normal and not an axanthic pinstripe.

How about using pictures of other breeders in your Kingsnake ads, display purposes too :rofl: and that's not misrepresenting yourself? :confused:

I am a small hobbyist breeder and I can assure you that I do not use pictures of other fellow breeders on my website and if I did, not only would I ask for their permission but I would also give them the credit rather than use the pictures like they were my own to portray as the owner of a specific animal I do not even have...................I understand 12 years old doing this but someone that has been in this industry for 20 years :ack2: should know better don't you think?

Wow you must be joking.

If you have a picture of a product for the purpose of monitary gain by law you must own the copyrights or have permission to use the photo from the owner.

This is very basic copyright law. This isn't "like myspace" it's the law. If you're gonna run a business you'd better know how to do it ethically and legally.

But not a picture of what YOU HAVE PRODUCED. So why not get permission to use other's photos of ANIMALS THEY HAVE PRODUCED, give THEM credit as having produced the ANIMAL PICTURED?
I know why, because that would be advertising THEIR ANIMALS AND BUSINESS.
If you cannot build your business on your OWN merits, then you need not worry about a business at all; you will soon not have one.
 
Big talker on here that have NO idea what they are talking about!! I got permission to use BHB's pci from Brian, I since have removed it, I have my OWN business , My business is strong, and ALL MY ANIMALS are advertised all the issues past have been cleaned up...
There is no stealing photos...

I will definitely call bull on getting Brian's permission to use a photo. You're making yourself out to be even more of a liar.
