    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

McDonald's must pay obese employee $17,500

The last line of my Terms has been there for a few years now:
- And lastly (finally!), KBI Herpetoculture is in no way responsible for any injury, illness, or other hardship you may experience as a result of your purchase.

I learned the hard way to cover my behind thoroughly ... my TOS now states in writing that I assume no responsibility for the animal after it leaves my premises beyond my usual 14-day guarantee, including, "but not limited to medical expenses, landlord disapproval, allergies of household members, or disagreements among household members regarding your animal in the new household."

People will come up with the craziest crap after an impulse buy - they have to read and sign BEFORE they purchase. Strict, I know .... but it covers me AND them.

As for the McDonald's suit - what a crock! Makes me want to sue that dude for being a total and complete moron.

Heck, you probably realistically could. That lawsuit will likely cause the cost of the burgers and fries to go up, so you could show financial damages caused by that frivolous action.....

I hadn't thought of that, Rich! Good thinking. I don't eat fast-food very often, though.
Too fattening. :rofl:

I've probably spent less on fast-food in the past year than an attorney would charge me to take a case, even on a contingency basis.

However, if I count the $ I've handed over to my teenaged son over the past year to eat out with friends, that might just work!

Ah, but NOT buying something because the price went too high could also be considered as damages.... You are trying to mitigate those personal damages to yourself by buying less of the product. ;)

Yeah! That's the ticket!

Indeed, Bob-O ... you did say that earlier. :)

OMG I just got a great idea!!!

How about I sue Mcds for enticing me to eat their most unhealthy products for the monopoly peices? And not winning anything but coke points.

1 in 4 wins my butt!

No they cant give away whats already all over the internet. Dont think the ID Thread is the only place my butt has made an appearance!

:rofl::rofl::rofl:
