Ok, so basically you're saying we should believe everything you say just because you said it, and we should not believe anything Robert posted on the sole basis that you say he's lying.
This despite the fact that Robert took the time to post emails, and while you managed to repost one that he had already posted, you have offered little more than disjointed ranting, and the much repeated statement of "he's a liar".
That about sums it up so far I think.

You have stated that he hadn't posted all the emails, and doctored some of the emails he has posted. You have also stated more than once that you can post more but you have yet to do that.
You claim (again over and over ad nauseam) that you have purchased over 100 snakes in the last few months and every seller loved doing business with you, yet not a single one has yet posted a word to support either that statement or you.
We're still expected to take your statements for the gospel truth with absolutely nothing to verify them.

Regardless of where the actual truth lies, Robert has conducted himself in an adult manner, provided an email record, and posted in an articulate and easy to understand manner.
You have basically repeated yourself over and over in nearly every post in a manner reminiscent of a childhood tantrum. I fail to see how you expect to be taken as the victim in this when based on the way you have presented yourself here, you've basically caused everyone to view you as one of those customers everyone hopes they never have.

Your continuous boasting about what a valuable customer you would be and your self-aggrandizing approach to everything just paints you as a narcissist that most would prefer to avoid.

Perhaps everything you have said is true, but without anything whatsoever to back it up you needn't expect anyone to just believe you simply because you said so. If that's what you expect, then refer to the narcissist comment above.

Nick Giavasis is a very rude person and liar. He brags about being 50 and acts nothing like it. This "Nik" contacted me recently pulling the same crap as everyone else is stating. I kept telling him the same price and he would not settle for getting at least 25% off compared to everyone else's price. He calls his price raping a "negotiating" technique. He started running his mouth more and more so I had to block him to not be bothered by his twisted views anymore. Looks like he keeps repeating the same story as time goes on. Definitely beware of "Nicholas Giavasis" or "Colorado"!!!

Not to jump into someone else's thread, but my husband happens to be a dsabled vet who works, and I'm somewhat offended by your post.
(He is a guidance counselor for a local university and specializes in veterans returning to school, if you really are curious).

My husband also was on disabilty due to military service.. but he never called himself a "disabled vet" because he could work and do things, so never considered himself a "disabled" vet. So partial disability, not full?

At any rate, if the guy is saying that he's a disabled vet and he's not, that's just more to stack on top of his "personality flaws" and attitude. If he IS a disabled vet, it doesn't give him license to be rude, or give him any right to any sale other than a regular guy. He deserves some respect for what he's given, but not the right to act like a jerk or lie.

Jennifer, I ment no disrespect to ANY veteran... let alone a disabled veteran. I'm happy your husband can still work! My point is this guy does not carry himself like any the Vets I work with (reason I'm calling BS alone). My father, grandfather and almost all my uncles are veterans, over half are disabled aka can not work... at all, not partially disabled but fully disabled, none of them work, none of the vets I go visit at the hospice or VA work... (must be where I got the idea most disabled Vets don't work) I guess there are going to be working veterans out there that have to work (sadly) but most are well taken care of by the millitary. (Or at least the ones I visit with any way)

Ok. I'm not taking sides because I think this thread was probably made in a fit of anger. That isn't what the BOI is for. My only 2€ is this because. I can only attest to the OP doing business with myself. I find this thread and and the confusing angry nature of it to be confusing to myself as well.

Nick recently purchased 2 babies from myself. The transaction went very quickly and smoothly. I wasn't haggled, payment was immediate, and he had no problem waiting an extra week on shipping.

Again, this thread confuses me. There doesn't seem to be enough info to hang one or the other. Ive never believed one bad transaction should be enough to warrant destroying someones name if they have always done good by their customers in the past and vice versa. It seems lack of communication and patience is what this all about.

Nick, did he refund your money to you? If so then I would say drop it and explain to the members here.

Something like this can definitely cause others to not want to do business with you.

If a resolution has been made then post about it here so people don't think that you are the one lying.

I have nothing personal against McPhee or any buyer/seller, as long as all are/were profesional to one another. Ya know, often times it is "words" which get in the way. I'm sorry if he was upset. Whatever I UNknowingly did wrong, I apologized for tha as well. With that said, I will/must always stand up for my name. I am honest, loyal to my sellers and buyers.....it's just about respect, mutual respect. Hopefully this bad transaction is not a long lasting reflection on either of us.
Prior to McPhee posting his attack, he communicated with me, and asked me to "not post anything on line or in forums about him", and I agreed....only to wake to his attack. For the record, I have still stuck to my word, I have not posted things about McPhee which I very well could have....I stuck to my word at every turn.......and yes, I do forgive the guy. He seems a little younger, and there's always a learning curve. I have since tried to see his position, and I feel it's simple best to say "We agree to disagree", and move forward.

You keep talking about all the breeders/sellers you have to back you....where are they Nick? Not worth it? How can that be? This only proves that you don't have an adequate understanding of how this hobby works.

Can I ask you a couple of questions and point some things out to you? Doesnt matter, I am going to anyhow...

1) Why would you take days off of work and not have snakes ship to your work, especially when you have purchased over 100 snakes off of Fauna and your membership status states that you have been a member since July?
2)Did you do this for all of your shipments?
3)Do you feel that buying 100 snakes since your membership on Fauna gives you some sort of special status? I have bought close to 100 snakes this year from ONE seller! Does that make me any more special than anyone else, nope. But, I think I might be a little special to that seller
4)You state that you do not have any complaints so what would you call the thread that Robert McPhee started, the complaint that Shadera stated regarding emailing her, Lucille's complaint, and another thread I saw regarding you backing out of a deal? You might want to check why people feel the need to add you to their blocked email list By the way, this is NOT an open invitation to go ahead and email me as I undoubtedly will just use it against you in this thread.

Now for a comment...
I am sure you felt a little distrust for Robert McPhee because he may not have shipped the snakes on the desired date. YOu should have handled this with him... PRIVATELY. Maybe he had some concerns for the snakes health, weather, numerous other things.

Personally, I have waited months with a lot more money then 850.00 on the line with smaller names than Robert McPhee just because a seller didnt want to ship at that time. If they are guaranteeing live arrival, you are at their mercy and you should be. All they are doing is considering the animal arrives safely. Im not one to postphone a shipment unecessarily but I will ship out when its at the lowest risk for me as I guarantee my product to arrive alive.

Sometimes reacting without asking questions is not the best way to handle situations at hand. Patience is usually a good practice as well when it comes to shipping a live animal in subpar weather as well.

One last comment...
GET RID OF USING CAPS!!! It shows you as being immature at 50, at best.
