In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Info Ashley Caspillo-SakaraGT4/Sakara *Possible Buyer Beware!*

Oh you mean THESE snakes? I got a screen shot before she can delete it..

Those are the exact snakes that were exposed to the BCL that died of IBD, and she STILL has them up for sale? Nice one!!!

Oh and Rachel whether she is selling through photobucket or not, the fact that we can produce this information shows she is not thoroughly taking down her advertisements. Again, she's lying about her intentions of not selling - exactly like when the BCL had just recently died, she did the same thing. Said "nothing in, nothing out", and kept buying and breeding snakes. What a liar!!

That photobucket Album is one of her ONLY VISIBLE albums to the public after all this came to light. She locked the others from view.

HOW FREAKING STUPID DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE, ASHLEY?

Well I for one can tell you that that jamp didn't leave in that condition or looked like that when I shipped him to her. And she also lied in that ad that she posted, when she said that he was a 5 time proven breeder.

WOW!! This is really piling on! Thanks for that info!

Hahaha... Woooow.. it just keeps getting better and better.

Thank you SO much for posting that.

Can you give us anymore detailed information about the snake up to the point that you sold it to her?

Well, I never sold it to her, I gave it to her. I was adding some new snakes to my collection and I needed the cage space. I place that male jamp for sale on here. When I saw that sale offers were slow on him I sent Ashley a PM as she had expressed interest in him. I told her that I was in a tight spot for cage space and if she just paid the shipping she could have him for free. She sent the money, I believe it was around 100 bucks or so, and I shipped him out. I called her as soon as I recieved conformation that he was delivered, to make sure that my boy made it safely to her. She told me he did and that he looked great. Until that thread was started on RTB, I never once heard from Ashley about severe RI or a damaged face. I believe I might still have the emails we sent to each other, as well as the photos that I took of the male jamp that I sent to her.

Can you post some pictures of the snake before you shipped it out to her?

I would like to add a link to this article by Dr. Jacobson, which mentions skin lesions in association with IBD, and it obviously has mouth problems in Ashley's pics which also go along with IBD (not conclusive but in context it is compelling). I wonder if the Jamp developed caught IBD after entering her collection? Does anyone know what ended up happening to this poor snake?

He's very tame but he does have a very high feed responce. And shipping to you would run around $93.00 thru SYR.com

So here's the skinny, If you just pay the shipping on him he's yours, free. I know that he will have a great life with you and I feel as if this is the right thing to do because I know for a fact that you care for your animals. So get back to me and let me know

That's cool, hey give me a call so that we can talk 267-882-5350 my name is Angel

Angel, thanks for that info.
You must be very appalled to see him treated like that after you offered him for free under the impression he would get a good home.

She states in the rtb.net thread on 7/31/10 (that I posted back on page 50) that she moved the animal to a 6x2x2 cage, which leads me to believe when she got this animal, she crammed him into a small cage and he kept rubbing his face. I know rubbing is common with retics, especially if you put them in too small of a cage. I think this is the case here.

Here are the pix that I sent to her. The only out of place thing I ever noticed on this male was that just around his neck his skin was streched out a little. I spoke with a vet as well as other retic breeders and owners and they all reassured me that that can happen when a snake is fed to large of a prey item.

Well at the time that I had him he was kept in a 4ft X 2ft X 2ft cage. And to be honest he was a hungry little devil. He would strike at the plexi glass because he thought every minute of the day was feeding time. I also had a female retic that he liked ;) and I did watch him try to push to get to her. But like I stated before, he DID NOT leave here looking like that. The pix that I posted were taken the day she asked for them, and are a true representation of what that male looked like when he was shipped.

A female will definitely make a male rub. I keep comparing the threads about this snake posted on rtb.net in June and July (I posted the links on page 50 of this BOI thread). The snake looks WORSE in July, even after she claimed to be treat. Compare the mouth area of the snake in the photos posted on both threads. The pics in July look as if the snake's mouth cannot close evenly.

I also would like to add that out of the couple times that I saw him pushing I put him in with my female. The female was about 3 years old, and at that time was not ready to breed and musked him something nice, needless to say he stop his little pushing episodes.

I know I'm focusing in on the lying - but saying he was a 6 times proven breeder when he only bred twice seems like such an an unnecessary, pointless lie it makes me wonder about what other "small" lies she's told all over the place that may add up to important ones (other than what has already been revealed). And this small lie also shows she was desperate to push sick animals for a dime... Obviously (look at my own situation, silly me...). I keep expecting her to be a decent human and then get surprised by things like this. I have to quit the denial and get over it... You can't believe anything out of Ashley's mouth.. and that after 56 pages of thread proving it, that really is not big news anymore. HAVE .. TO... ACCEPT... REALITY.... And not expect her to be normal. Or.. more accurately, moral.

I'm beginning to think Ashley is a pathological liar, in the clinical sense. It's also very apparent that she relished the popularity these animals and being a "breeder" brought her. The problem for her is that the constant posting and need for attention came back to bite her in the ass.

If she wanted a hobby where she could be well respected and liked, she should have focused on her cars. Animals are obviously too much responsibility for her.
