    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Mythical Dragonz - Stay Away!

first off i want to say sorry for losing my head last night.

that said, you make a good point mistyck, it doesn't matter which of them sold the dragon to mike. what matters is one of them needs to step up and take responsibility for it being sick. right now it is all under steven's name even though nicole was the one answering the phones and handling mike. they are both in this together it doesn't matter which of them messed up.

in the first thread identifying nicole as mythical dragonz we have had at least one person that has met steven personally at a show so we may as well allow that steven is in the picture and does something with the dragons. it doesn't matter if he or nicole is posting ads, feeding, shipping, or cleaning, as long as they say they are working together they are both responsible for each dragon they raise and sell.

we can't just keep pointing fingers at nicole because of her history. if steven wants to say it was all him and not nicole then let him take the fall for the sick dragons.

the only thing that this is going to do is make more people wary of steven like they are wary of nicole. all that matters now is that their customer, mike, becomes a customer in the end.

For every person that has posted in this thread, I bet there AT LEAST 10 more (per person, mind you) that are realizing how bad your business practices are. I'd say you've lost a few potential customers.

So again I ask, what are you going to do to make this right??

I have taken your advice and initiated a thread there.

I believe Sticole has been unsuccessful in attempts to deflect the readers (and potential customers) away from the central issue, which is the lack of customer service shown when a customer reported a health issue. There continues to be no satisfactory resolution.

Great question to ask. To me, the business practice has a lower priority than safety. Not saying that it is not important, just noting. Nicole and Steven both breed bearded dragons. Nicole ships bearded dragons in weather where 22 degrees is the high.

Any reptile will have a seriously hard time in such weather. Shipping is stressful enough. I would never ship any live animal in 22 degree weather for any amount of money. It is not safe at all. This element also adds more variables (Or people to blame) in case something happens. Things get caught up in shipping, no matter how much you pay, things happen.

Nicole has proven to all of us that she does not care for the health of any animal. She also has proven that she will blame any an everyone else for her sick animals. She has also proven to us that even as a customer she will blame the seller for her own lack of husbandry skills. The nerve to try and ruin other breeders names, when she can't take care of pets. She also has proven to us that she will do whatever it takes to steal money from people by sending them sick dragons.

Call it what you want, to me its a cowards way of robbing them. Nicole has also proven to us that she is a liar and will even pretend to be someone else so she can rob new people.

The point in all this is

Steven Walker supports Nicole, even knowing her track record.
The original poster who got robbed by Nicole, forgot about being robbed. He had more concern over the animal's health than his wallet. Nicole robbed him knowing he had compassion for the animal. Only a very sick person would take advantage like that over SEVERAL people. Think about all the people who has bought sick dragons from her in he past and probably wondered why they were sick or suddenly died. Not all those people can post on here.

So Michael Vick goes to jail for having no regard for animals health. Nicole obviously has no regard either. So at the very least, why is she allowed to run such a terrible business on any website?

I agree with your post 100%. I just don't believe that Steven and/or Nichole will ever change "her" ways of doing bad business, endangering their animals and practicing better husbandry to prevent what we've witnessed SO many times.

While I don't really expect my pleas for them to do the right thing, financially, for their customer, I'll be happy to ask the same question over and over, keeping this thread at/near the top of the BOI in hopes that any new people will see what they will have to deal with, should they choose to buy from this "company".
 
Does anybody else see that "Steven" has his good guy thread as his signature and find it a bit funny? Seriously who does that?

Well, I can name about a dozen people off the top of my head. While two or three of them do have negative threads about them and are trying to show the good, the vast majority of them are just relatively new to the game & trying to show that they do have some good deals under their belts.
 
that is true, i am new to the game and if i had a good guy certification i would like other people to know that i did. being that there are bad guy threads under his name means he has unsatisfied customers but that doesn't mean that they all are.

not everyone posts that they had a good time when a deal goes well. that is to be expected. i made one good guy thread but that was because the guy went above and beyond what regular sellers do. many of us have worked in customer service before here and we know how to keep customers happy and so happy customers are our first priority. when we have an unhappy customer we do our best to see that they are satisfied. that is not the case here.

anyways, has anyone heard if any new developments have occurred? even an exchange of e-mails would show some head way.
 
Steven and/or Nichole, I'm getting the impression that you're just hoping that this will be forgotten about soon and you will once again start ripping off people that are unaware of your shady business practices.

Please tell us what, if anything, you plan to do to satisfy your most recent unsatisfied customer. Afterall, you charged him full price for nice dragon, but sent him a very sick one that has cost him extra time and money to (hopefully) nurse back to health. This issue will not just go away on it's own!! ;)
 
Completely disgusted they sent a reptile in 22 degree weather and actually tried to blame the customer. I wouldn't use any breeder that ships in extreme weather. If a customer demands it shipped, I would assume the customer will be an ignorant owner and not want them to own my animal.

Tell me it isn't so! After the previous threads died down, you could have kept selling under your own name, and just kept your nose clean. Of course, some of the more viligant would probably have chased you, but as your base of SATISFIED customers built, you would have overcome the history.

Please tell me it isn't so that you choose to go the sneaky, lying route as a shortcut to getting a new reputation so you could begin your games all over again?!:ack2:

I suggest you make this go away by handling your customer, not by dodging. Good luck!

Steven called me twice today, as I got up late I missed his calls. BUT I did return it. As the brief conversation took place, I only can tell you this guy KNOWS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! He managed to say " you and the others need to stop with this boi :censored:" I proceeded to tell him if he would of made things right, he would not of had this thread posted. The only thing this man had to say was "when the dragon was here, i seen no problem". I proceeded to tell him, that the dragon would NOT arrive to this man sick, with these types of health concerns. These health issues will not show up over night. not even three or four days later. It takes time and unsanitary conditions. To cause these illnesses. (Cleaned it up alittle for the boi :D)
I also asked him how would a dragon in the wild cure a light to med. respiratory illness? As he finally had to pause (he gabs like a little girl) He said " it would NOT, it would DIE!" Well this isnt true in the least. I had to inform him that dragons look for higher, hotter spots and they "lay flat". To absorb the heat. Again it was another pause.
As we went on to bicker about other things, I can tell nicole must be his teacher as he knew nothing about bearded dragons. He just wanted to argue that the customer was wrong, and try and verbally threaten me to stop posting. As I guarantee, Steven did not get the response out of me that he was expecting. I almost encourage calling steven and talking to him. As I got out some frustration, learned this man knows nothing about b.d.'s. An done it all without a infraction. :thumbsup:

I dont think your back is strong enough for my saddle. An I can tell you dont like me riding you, because of your phone call. So IF you want it to stop, no problem. Make it right and Im a ghost... But until then, I reside on your back.

This community takes a very dim view of selling sick animals and an even dimmer view of keeping animals in less than health environment (imo, it's called animal abuse if one keeps an animal in conditions that result AGAIN AND AGAIN in sick animals being sold).

So...give Nicole her WAKE UP call!

Since it's been brought to our attention that you don't really know very much about bearded dragon husbandry, this is an important fact that you obviously also don't understand. A sick dragon will not appear sick in the beginning, but I guarantee that shipping a dragon that JUST started getting sick in TWENTY degree weather WILL bring those symptoms out! It brings them out because, had it stayed in your care until the weather was warm (assuming that your cages actually are NOT filthy<--actually trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here) it might have healed itself!!

Just because you think that dragon looked good when you shipped it does NOT mean that it was so! If it had started getting sick in Mike's care, it wouldn't have shown the symptoms so soon.

Do the right thing and do it soon! That's the ONLY thing that's gonna get a crowd off your back (a growing crowd that possibly contains some of your future customer's....or not).
 
It brings them out because it needs the heat to heal, and be healthy in general, but you put it in below freezing condition with a heat pack that failed! Had it stayed in your care until the weather was warm (assuming that your cages actually are NOT filthy<--actually trying to give you the benefit of the doubt here) it might have healed itself!!

Before I posted my the above, I was doing some "cut & pasting"....little too much cutting!

Just wanted my post to make sense. There is a good reason that everyone is riding you to make it right!

I believe that until he stops riding Nicole, he is not going to care about our opinions. If he cared, he would have made some attempt in the conversation he had with you to make some kind of deal.
