Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Back on topic. I don't think it makes any sense for Scott to appeal because of the cost and time it would take to do so. By the time it goes through the court system, he'll be out and about. Unless he chooses to appeal in the interest of clearing his name, I don't think it makes any sense, especially when there's a good shot they'll uphold the lower court's decision. :shrug01:
 
i bought most of scotts babies the thurs. before he went to jail and took some breeders that i had in with a project with scott. the snakes im posting i bought with the package he offered me ... im selling what i dont need if i dont sell them then i will raise them for future purposes . this was a package deal i couldnt refuse .
 
so the guy steals some snakes (or receives stolen snakes). He is tried and convicted and goes to jail. Before he goes to jail he sells off his snakes (maybe stolen) to someone else. Now that someone else is selling these snakes (which may or may not be stolen)?

So one way or another Scott made money selling snakes that may or may not be stolen?

Have I got the jist of it?
 
i had a group of het red axanthics at his place and sum other stuff . my son frequents this site also he is just getting into balls . we have one account and this is it. it was a bank loan and if you got anything else to say we live close stop up have a beer and enjoy the balls they are all amazing!
 
Funny you can come up with all that money to buy those snakes from Scott. But, I held a $150 snake for you for 2 weeks and you didn't even have the courtesy to tell me you didn't want it after I held it for you.

i will admit the snake that are offered were produced by cv exotics i saw most of them hatch, as far as the red axanthics scott had no axanthics in his shop and i would be willing to bet jason could testify to that being the truth. i know what he had in there and never saw a red axanthic let alone a regular axanthic.

I'm asking this because I honestly dont know... so dont yell at me.

Is it possible that the parents of those babies were gotten by less than honest means? I mean he was busted and convicted for having stolen snakes.

If this is the case then the profits from those babies he should not be entitled to because without the stolen snakes... he wouldnt have the babies.

Did you not make a post stating you were the one that bought the snakes. How else would I know who bought them. Im not really a player in the Ball market.

Are you suggesting that buying from a company that turns out to be headed up by a thief is as bad as someone buying the remaining snakes off the man going to jail for stealing snakes??
